The Machine is a bit heaver than expected but that’s not a bad thing, it helps keep it stable. Nice and quite. Adjustments are easy for the most part not needing any tools. With the suction cup plate that is sold separately, I can strap on any of my favorite toys. It can handle large sizes of bad dragon toys with ease. Maby not an XL chance but most toys will work. Its a lot of money but none of the cheaper machines are worth it, they don’t come even close.Small enough to fit under a bed and comes with a nice soft case too.Customer service is amazing too. My remote broke outside of the warranty period but they replaced it for free anyways. They responded to my emails very quickly as well.

An amazing, customizable experience every time, 10/10
I was hesitant to make this purchase and invest in my sexual well-being but I’m so glad I did. It arrived well packaged and the initial set up was easy. If you wanted to disassemble it after each use and pack it away that would be simple enough. Since I have the space for it I just leave it assembled out of the way under my bedroom desk. Once it’s adjusted to the height and angle you prefer, it’s an incredible experience. My mattress is on the softer side so it’s a bit unstable and harder to adjust for the perfect angle, but it would probably be easier on a firmer mattress. I find using it on the floor on a yoga mat to be the best option. And I don’t have to move it off the bed when I’m finished before going to sleep, which is great.I got the suction cup base attachment to use some toys I already had. The variability of sizes, firmness, and textures of your own toys combined with the precise control you have of the machine makes it a joy to play with every time. No fatigue from using a toy with your hand is just one benefit. You can have both hands free or one hand on the speed control. Just be cautious working up to high speeds, it can go quite fast.I don’t miss having a partner for sex with this machine. I get the experience I want every time, whatever it may be. No disappointment, no consideration of another person’s wants or their capacity to priovide the experience you wanted, no risk of pregnancy, STDs, or sexual assault. Getting this machine is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years.

I’m really happy with my purchase so far!
I bought the Hismith Premium 4.0 and it feels well-made! Both the app and the remote feature makes it super convenient. If you’re looking for something powerful and don’t mind the size or weight (as it’s pretty big and heavy for my petite stature), I’d recommend it! That said, it’s worth considering your space and mobility needs before purchasing. Customer service is also phenomenal, so please don’t hesitate reaching out to them!

You should buy it.
Just don’t even hesitate. Marginally more expensive than the single rod varieties. Think of the possibilities. It is high quality and powerful. Make sure you have space to store it, ideally in one piece. Disassembly isn’t a nightmare but enough that you’ll want to leave it assembled. Check the dimensions, it is not tiny. Luckily, it is also not light, which helps with stability. Go for it.

If the rod that you attach the toy or dildo to meets any resistance it pops out
Everybody raves about this product. for 500 bucks. I’m going to warn you …. now if you happen to have a tight orifice.. ( thank you lol) and if that bar that the dildo or whatever toy you have connected to the machine via pop attachment, if that meets any resistance, The bar that the dildo connect’s to , the bar will pop out of the casing it’s in. Now it doesn’t break .. The machines built well but, this is the Achilles heel of the machine. It’s the bar that attaches the dildo to the machine according to the manufacturers instructions. Now after the first time it popped out it took me a while to figure it out the first time it did it, but after I figured it out it’s real easy to put back in But, I’m sorry it’s frustrating. Okay .. I mean you there excited of anticipated sexual experience, and then when things are feeling good, The dang bar pops out, and you have to stop, wipe the lube off your hands Because you won’t be able to get a grip on the knob screw thing that pops out that holds up bar in place . And when it popped out my dildo fell into the floor. And well you know I had to clean the dildo off and then we’llI’m sorry I’m not real charming when I get interrupted during sex unless the house is on fire. Don’t bother me .. when I start sex I don’t like to start and stop.. So by the time I got everything cleaned up then real lube myself and the dildo it was like 5 min or so before we could get back to business. After the fifth time it happened I was over it! I was mad at myself because I bought the thing I was mad at the machine because it wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get my sexy fun times to happen!! Lol I could look at it now and sort of laugh but at that time like I was not a happy camper . So I put my pajamas on and left in the bedroom, and went in the living room and watched TV. I can manually operate my little dildo like I’ve been doing for 50 years by hand and things go a lot more smoothly. But it was a great idea and the machines very well built. It’s just I’m I know here. I am 57 years old and I’m not like a 18-year-old super tight virgin lolAnd I know I would sound like I’m just complaining but ,that allegedly 8-in dildo that they send with the machine is the smallest 8 inches I’ve ever seen. I’ve taken a lot more than that little dildo before.. not trying to shame myself or brag, but I’m just saying. If they can figure out how that rod can stay in place when it meets resistance the machine will be perfect and I like the little remote control you know. Like I said everything’s going good but you know when things go good things can terrorism get tired you know and that’s when it pops out. I’m not going to say don’t buy this machine because I was using it for anal purposes. Maybe a woman’s vagina would be looser. I guess I don’t know. I’ve never had sex with a woman So you I don’t know.. I mean what I’m trying to say I don’t want to come across like trashing this product, the company. We’re all trying to make a living here in this world, and I think it’s really good that Hismith have put so much time, and effort into something that most people wouldn’t think of doing. And I think the ingenuity with this machine gets high marks. And like I said it’s an excellent made machine, but the only Achilles heel is if it meets resistance it’s going to pop out, and that’s not the end of world Because it’s so well-built, the machine doesn’t break. It’s just it totally brings the sex thing to a screatching halt, and you have to switch from feeling good sexy times to okay How am I going to put this thing back together.

Nifty little machine!
If your expectations are right, this fits the bill. It’s compact, it’s easy to use, and it’s gentle for a noob. If you want raw speed and raw depth, go bigger. I like the design of this machine because it’s a step down from my super duper ridiculous jack hammer.

After a year… it’s a decent machine.
This is a really solid machine and very versatile. The toy it comes with is high quality and ready to mount. I’ve been generally very happy with it and I’ve put it through some… very demanding heavy-duty use. If you’ve got the budget and you’re into really big toys like me, you may want to go with one of the super high-end machines but you can definitely make this one work for you.Pros:Bluetooth/app control. The app has preset programs that other users have posted and… let’s say they’re attention-getting. Users can like/upvote programs they like and as a result, the best and most dynamic ones are at the top of the list. You can even do a remote session where you send somebody else a link to control the machine over the internet!Also, connection between the app on your device and the machine is quick and easy.*Mostly* solid construction: you can tell before you open the box there’s some serious hardware in here, stainless steel feet and legs and steel T-couplers between, quality pushrod and shaft, steel pillow bearing on the shaft. The aluminum is used in places where it probably shouldn’t but more on that later.Relatively easy assembly: it’s pretty intuitive if you’re even slightly mechanically inclined. Even if you’re not? You’ll be a pro by your second time putting it together. It’s not super convenient to break down and reassemble, but it’s nice to have the option if you want to take it along.Custom soft sided carrying case with cutouts for parts and assembly wrenches: a place for everything and everything in its place. Even the wrench supplied is a proper hardened 6mm CRV Allen wrench, not some cheap IKEA tool.Decent power: like I said, if you’re like me and you like BIG toys, you may have a challenge making this toy work for you. I find that after I’m warmed up, the power level is just fine. Actually, the machine has built-in thermal protection that will cause it to cut out intermittently if it gets overheated. The thing is, that only happens when it really gets going, so it leaves you hanging for a few seconds when you were about to say “uncle” anyway… then it picks right back up at the speed you were already at! So… flaw or feature; you tell me. 😉 I’ve found that I can get it up to speed and find a sweet spot where it won’t stall until I start to… “push back,” shall we say. Then I’ve got about three seconds to chill and get back in that sweet spot position so it will keep chugging when it cuts back in without another stall out. Phew. Yeah, I really like that. A lot.Cons:The rotary arm is made of soft aluminum, which should not be used for mechanical parts. It wouldn’t be so bad but the screw holding it tight is threaded into the aluminum and mine has stripped out. The thing is nice and modular so I’m going to counterbore the threaded hole and add a washer and steel nut and longer screw to hold it together. We’ll see how that works.The legs and feet are round and smooth and slip around inside their fittings. This could have been avoided by adding a groove down the length of them or even grinding a texture into their surface. I’m going to try that second option when I do this little refurb I’m working on.The app could really benefit from a video chat feature to add to the remote control. Otherwise you have to add another device for communication if you’re on an iPhone. Android apparently doesn’t have this problem?Lastly, speaking of remotes, the little handheld wireless remote is easy to lose. Otherwise I could give a review of how it works. 🙁 Would be nice if there were a little storage slot for it right on the machine.

Not Ready for Prime Time
Only good news I can offer is that the hardware seems sound, generally speaking, and the KlicLok system works well. From there is it all downhill (but, most of what we feel is negative about this unit could be fixed via software).The base, in our opinion, is not stable. Due to the way it is designed, the bars that sit on the floor, and are perpendicular to the machine’s thrust vector, are able to move and can twist dangerously such that the unit could fall over. To be fair, while we witnessed the bars/feet twisting, our unit did not fall over. It stayed a constant point of concern for us during our play, detracting from our fun. The Servok is heavy, so it falling over could be dangerous.The software is… bad. Where to begin… It’s non-intuitive (really, the app should speak for itself, but they do have an online manual that explains the high-level items. Really had a hard time understanding what to do. And you MUST be careful, because the machine could hurt someone if it suddenly and unexpectedly extends. This happened to us several times, but thankfully no harm came to anyone. Specifically, it was unclear how to create new ‘scripts’ effectively, or how to edit them once created. As best we could figure, we had to manually do what we wanted, pray that we did it right, and then save it. Also, as far as we can tell, there is no way to edit the scripts. I mean, we see the edit option, but we could not figure out how to use it. They only off three insertable “min-scripts” (my term) that you can insert into your own. But the insertion of these scripts, their placement, and our ability to edit anything was totally unclear. And this is not something we felt was going to get better with use/experience. We ae either lacking understanding, or the software is lacking capability.The remote control is not really useful. I’m not even really sure what it does. I can start the unit moving, pause it, and switch modes. But I have no idea what the modes are or how many of them there are. There is no way to control the stroke depth using remote (which is why anyone pays the big bucks for the Servok). So, unless your vagina/rectum can fully absorb the machine’s ~6″ stroke depth (ranges from .67″ to 6.7″), it’s likely going to be fully coming out of you before *trying* to go back in. To be fair, we did not spend a lot of time with the remote, as flying blind (meaning no documentation on the modes) is irritating, and so we hoped that the App would bring us greater insight. (it did, but it also brought other grief, as explained above)One problem we had was worrying about how far the unit could extend. It says that the maximum stroke extension is 6.7 inches. I have no reason to doubt their veracity, but we didn’t measure it. Understanding just how far it might extend is a safety concern. We were able to determine the point of maximum extension, but most of the scripts seem to use the unit at the shallower end of the stroke length. Well, that’s disconcerting. You use a script and all seems well, and then the unit fully extends suddenly and you’ve now got internal bleeding as well as a new orifice. For the scripts, you can just run a program first to check it out. However, I am concerned that the original author could subsequently edit a script, potentially inserting a deeper stroke, and we’d be none the wiser until we used it. I mean, from a safety perspective, in my opinion, all scripts should have been programmed from the deepest stroke back, rather than the shallowest stroke out. Although, even this presents a safety concern, as the unit could pull back so far that the dildo retracts fully and then when it presses forward again, it may not find its way safely back into the same hole. For us, what we want is to get set up, understand our minimum and maximum stroke depth, and be able to set that via the app. Then, no matter how a script is programmed, or even if we’re doing it manually, the unit knows those are its minimum and maximum end-stops for that session.The unit can be noisy. If you keep it on highest smooth setting (10) it is tolerable, but anything below level 5 and it’s VERY noisy.If they fix the software (the app) then this goes from a 3 to a 4 or 5. But they must fix the software, I can’t recommend the unit otherwise. The real *gain* of the Servok is the dynamic adjustable stroke length. But at this time, I wish I’d have just gotten one with a stroke length I could set at a fixed length, because then I’d know I wouldn’t be running the risk of having to explain to the ER nurse how I now have a second rectum.I want to like this unit HiSmith, and to be a proponent of it. But you[‘ve got to improve that software. And how about putting in limiters that allow users to set minimum and maximum stroke depth? Then it can be dynamic within those limits.

Broken product, no return or refund.
Update: Seller contacted and fixed the issues. Everything is perfect now. Changed to 5 star review for fantastic product, great seller follow up, and seller being willing to work with me to make everything right. Highly recommended!—————There are two major issues with this product.1) One of the securing latches arrived broken and it will not hold on to one of the metal posts.2) Bluetooth is also broken and the item does not stay connected to the app. The whole point of getting this is to be able to use the app, and with that not working, it’s a complete waste of money.Also, this product is not returnable or refundable. So I’m stuck with a broken $2,000 sex machine. This is one of my biggest regrets. Buyers beware.
